Shipping policy

Click & Collect

We offer free click & collect, where you pick up your order direct from our store located at 19 Woondooma Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670, Australia. If you select the Click & Collect shipping option at our checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We ask you to collect your order from our store within a timely manner. Reminders will be sent for any uncollected orders. If an order remains uncollected after 14 days, we may cancel and refund your order. If you need a bit longer to pick your order up, just let us know.

Where do we ship?
We ship items Australia wide using Australia Post. If Australia Post go there, we ship there!

Delivery Estimates
We send orders via tracked Australia Post Regular Post Satchels. However, you can now upgrade to Express Post. Some items are subject to a bulky freight charge, such as helmets, which we subsidise the cost of and it will be shown in your checkout. Express shipping is not available on bulky items. We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday. If you order after 12pm, your order will most likely ship on the following business day. Dispatch of our online orders in a timely fashion is very important to us. You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking number.

Local Delivery

From time to time we may offer free local delivery if you live within a 5km radius of the dealership. If you select the Local Delivery shipping option at our checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for delivery, and one after it has been delivered. Please be aware that if you are not home, items will be left in a safe place. We can not be held responsible for stolen/missing items that have been delivered by our staff.

Considerations

  1. We do not process or post orders on weekends. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
  2. If you order after 12pm, your order will most likely be processed the following business day.
  3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Bundaberg warehouse.
  4. Items that are in stock are subject to same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm.
  5. We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. We do our best to keep our stock levels updated online daily. Sometimes an item may sell out in-store, and this is not reflected immediately in our online-store. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you at no extra cost or inconvenience. Where an item is no longer available and a suitable substitute cannot be provided, a refund will be processed ASAP.
