Refund policy
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Footwear must be returned with its original, undamaged shoe box and must be shipped inside a separate box or padded packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are considered to be intimate apparel, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift vouchers
- Clearance items & items marked down in price (a size swap may be offered where available and at our absolute discretion)
- Special order items
- Electrical parts
- Some health and personal care items
- Motorcycle parts & accessories on clearance
- Second hand/refurbished motorcycle parts & accessories
- Downloadable software products (where offered)
We will accept helmets for return provided they have not been worn, are in original packaging and have all tags attached and original visor labels in place. The helmet bag, user guide/warranty cards and any other documentation or goods provided with the helmet must also be returned in full. Any signs of wear or damage to a helmet will result in your refund being denied. Helmets are like shoes, if you wear them you own them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Getting your item back to us
To return your product, you can do so by bringing it in to our store in person, or you can post your product to: 41 Commercial Street, Kensington QLD 4670, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or take any liability for lost or damaged items.
Exchanges
To simplify our process, and get replacement items to you sooner, we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unwanted product to us using the instructions outlined above, and place a new order online for your replacement product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also advise the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. The time taken for you to receive the funds will depend on your method of payment, but our staff will do their best to ensure refunds are processed as quickly as possible from our end.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You may also wish to login to your PayPal account if you used this method of payment, or any other online payment platform, and check your recent transactions list.
If you have done these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at merchandise@bundyhd.com.au and we’ll be happy to give you an update on the status of your refund.
Clearance items
Only regular full priced items may be refunded. Clearance items that are marked down in price are considered final sale and cannot be refunded (except where a warrantable condition exists). An exchange of size may be offered where available and at our complete discretion.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can return and you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver (original purchaser) had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (original purchaser).
Store credits and gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 3 years, unless given out for promotional purposes in line with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission rules outlined further here. https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/advertising-promotions/gift-cards-discount-vouchers
